John Osorio, MBA, CFP, majored in Statistics at St. John’s University located in Jamaica, New York. John continued his education at Pace University where he completed his Masters in Finance. He acquired further professional designation with the Institute of Certified Financial Planners in 1993. John has his Series 7, Series 24, Series 63, Life, Accident and Disability insurance licenses. With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, John specializes in income tax, retirement, estate and insurance planning.



Marc Cimbal, Attorney, majored in Accounting at the State University of New York at Albany and continued his education, graduating from Albany Law School, specializing in tax law. In addition, he is a licensed financial consultant. As an accountant he has extensive knowledge of the tax laws and has many years of experience in understanding their complexities. As an attorney he has experience in real estate, wills, probate and estate planning.




Jay Yamamoto, Financial Consultant, double majored in Economics and Philosophy at Colgate University located in Hamilton, New York. After graduating in May of 2001, he has since obtained his Series 7, Series 66, Life, Disability and Health insurance licenses. Under the guidance of his experienced mentors, Jay has also developed a working knowledge in tax preparation and planning.
